for summer-season 2001 i've been asked by many friends whether i'd like to spend a holiday with them. fortunately, i had a shortage of money - and therefore i did something i was planning for two years already then: i wrote e-mails to hotels in norway asking for a job. making myself more attractive i offered to work just for travel expences and some pocket money. after 2oo mails (i felt like a spammer) i got a reply from the northcape saying that i can start working soon after that mail - in eidsbugarden.

when i came there i took the bike from tyinkrysset and i was amazed by this extraordinarily beautiful landscape. the whole summer was just wonderful, as well as the next easter was. last summer (2oo2) i took my girl-friend with me and both of us enjoyed our stay - and we are looking forward to spend more time in eidsbugarden.
